18th May 2003 Windsurfing: Weston Wind Direction: SW Wind Stength: F2-4 Surf / Sea State: Fairly flat for WSM Air Temperature: 10C Sea Temperature: A lot warmer than it Weather: The rain held off just long enough Max Speed: Distance Covered: Arrived at Weston ~ 19:00 for 21:10 high tide - just at it stopped p**ing it down. Wind up & down as it usually is in this direction, though was planing around 60% of the time. Wind much cleaner & stronger about 1/2 mile out. Wind died just after 21:00, by which time it was getting dark anyhow. |
